The Lummi Island Congregational Church is excited to host a free concert featuring WWU’s Western Voices, a mixed, 16-voice ensemble dedicated to developing high levels of musicianship and beautiful choral singing. Join us for their concert complete with light refreshments. The concert should feature works by Nelybehl, Charpentier, Debussy, Poulence, and Runestad as well as solos and small ensembles.

The concert is free, but any and all donations will benefit the Yalokhas, our Ukrainian refugee family on island. The children are 4 and 6 years old and immersed in pre-school and kindergarten. The parents are in English classes at BTC and awaiting their work permits. Checks made payable to LICC with the Yalokhas in the memo line are tax-deductible and much appreciated.
